AEM's Exhaust Backpressure install kit is specifically designed for use with AEM's 4-Channel Wideband UEGO Controller to
provide accurate air/fuel ratio readings from wideband O2 sensors that are mounted pre-turbo. The Exhaust Backpressure
install kit is engineered to provide backpressure readings without sacrificing sensor longevity due to extreme operating
conditions. The kit includes an AEM high performance stainless steel 100psig pressure sensor (Part# 108-30-2130-100), stainless
steel standoff tube, stainless steel braided hose and fittings.
Allows you to mount wideband O2 sensors pre-turbo and get accurate AFR readings
Designed to provide accurate pressure readings without sacrificing sensor longevity
AEM High Performance Stainless Steel 100psig Sensor
Stainless Steel standoff tube with fittings, braided hose and weld-on/threaded bung
Includes all necessary hardware for ease of installation
The tradeoff between adequate spark energy and adequate spark duration ends with AEM’s High-Output Inductive Coils, the
first inductive coils that deliver CDI-like spark energy and voltage, and the long spark duration necessary for vehicles
running high compression, high RPM, forced induction and/or nitrous engines.
Auto enthusiasts who have forced induction engines, high RPM engines or run nitrous oxide are aware of the compromises that
come with using inductive coils instead of converting to a Capacitive Discharge Ignition system (CDI). While inductive
coils deliver a long spark duration with simplicity, they lack the energy to adequately ignite the mixture in the combustion
chamber of a highly modified performance vehicle. Conversely, CDIs deliver an intense burst of spark energy, but with practically
no spark duration, which makes having the proper air/fuel mixture in the combustion chamber paramount for best performance.
This compromise ends with AEM’s High-Output IGBT “Smart” Inductive Coils.
AEM’s High-Output, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) “Smart” Inductive Coils are designed for use on applications
that do not have an external igniter.
Any enthusiast running boost, nitrous or high RPMs is aware of the trade-offs associated with inductive coils versus converting
to a capacitive-type discharge ignition system (CDI). While inductive coils deliver a long spark duration, they lack enough
energy to light off the combustion chamber of a modified high-performance vehicle. In contrast, CDIs delivers intense energy
but with inadequate spark duration, making the proper mixture in the combustion chamber critical for best performance. This
tradeoff ends with AEM’s High-Output “Dumb” Inductive Coils, the first inductive coils that deliver CDI-like spark energy
and voltage, and the long spark duration necessary for vehicles running forced induction and nitrous.
AEM’s High Output “Dumb” Inductive Coil is designed to be used with an external igniter.
AEM offers both RTD and K-Type Thermocouple exhaust gas temperature(EGT) sensors.
PN 108-30-2065 is a K-Type, closed tip thermocouple sensor. It includes a closed tip TC sensor with an inconel sheath, 1/8" NPT compression fitting, and ring and terminal harness
NOTE: For the most accurate readings using a K-Type thermocouple sensor, see our 4-Channel K-Type Thermocouple Amplifier, PN 108-30-2204.
AEM’s Universal High Flow -10 AN Inline Filter is specifically engineered for maximizing flow without sacrificing filtration, and is designed for ease of installation. The end caps are machined with -10AN female fittings that allow the filter to flow up to 12.32 gpm @ 45 PSI and 2.63 gpm @ 6 PSI. Machined O-ring receiver grooves on the end caps ensure against leaks, and all sealing o-rings and gaskets are made of Viton for outstanding performance when using gasoline, alcohol or gasoline/alcohol blended fuels. The commonly available replacement filter cartridges filter particles as small as 7 microns. The filter's standard 2” OD allows for easy mounting virtually anywhere in the vehicle for easy access.
AEM's Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator is capable of supporting enough fuel flow for engines up to 1000 horsepower. Patented interchangeable discharge ports enable the regulator's output to match the output of any fuel pump. Our universal FPR is tapped to accept a -6 AN, or 9/16”x18 fittings and includes a 1/8 NPT port for a fuel pressure gauge or pressure sensor pick up.
