Header Accessories

For those of you looking to upgrade from your mechanically operated water injection systems on your headers this is the ultimate. Buy electronically controlling water distribution to your headers based on individual RPM settings you'll always have a perfectly cooled header system.

These are replacement water injection fittings designed to screw into each header tube so that you can attach the water injection lines. Fittings are sold individually.

This valve is a must in all water injected headers. It is designed to eliminate water flow at an idle while providing water flow under increased rpm's. All three connections of the valve are -8AN.

These are the internal components to the t-valve listed above. Both parts are manufactured from stainless steel.

These .100 jets are used when you just have to much water flow going to your headers. Can be drilled out to larger size. These jets will limit flow. The jets are installed by threading into pre-threaded Hardin Tee Valve. Note: These are designed to fit the Hardin Marine Pressure Tee Valve, otherwise you will have to drill and tap your fittings to accomdate. 7/16"-14 Thread. Sold in Pairs

This valve is designed to be remote mounted near the driver for easy manual control of water to headers. The water control valve has 4 positions: off, low, medium and high for variable water flow to the headers. The valve is fabricated from aluminum and has 1/4" female pipe threads on the inlet and outlet.

Transom cover plates are for use when exhaust ports are removed to install over the transom exhaust. The plates cover the holes left in the transom. These plates are machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum plate - not castings. The outside plates are 5-1/2" in diameter to cover the largest of exhaust ports. The inner plates are 4-1/2" in diameter. The outside plate is threaded on the back side. To install, you merely sandwich the transom of the boat between the plates. No fiberglass work, no hassle. If you ever decide to change your exhaust back, just take the plates off, and you're ready! Sold as a set.

These all stainless steel header bolts are 3/8-16 x 1" long. They are beautifully polished to accent any header system.
