Hardin Marine "XS" Xtreme Series Offshore Oil Pan
The "XS" Xtreme Series 4-5/8" stroker oil pans are competition tested and race proven. They out perform all other pans available. Each pan starts out jig formed and precision TIG welded, then an exclusive race proven windage tray is added which prevents oil foaming and crankshaft windage, which helps build more horsepower. Next a high volume oil pump pick-up with a support bracket is added.
The entire pan is coated with a hardened aerospace epoxy to resist stains and corrosion. Designed to clear most front style engine mounts including MerCruiser. A simple comparison of available marine oil pans clearly points out Hardin Marine oil pans are boat lengths ahead of all other oil pans. Run what leading racers worldwide already use - the Hardin Marine "XS" Xtreme Series oil pan.

Keith Eickert
Wet Sump Hi-Capacity Pro-Series Aluminum Oil Pan
|
 |
For over two decades Keith Eickert has manufactured the finest quality marine oil pans available anywhere. When you hang your name on a product for its reliability and quality it had better deliver. And deliver is what these pans do.
Lets start with the sealing advantage of a cast aluminum pan. The CNC machined pan rails provide not only the advantage of a perfectly flat sealing surface but also the strength of a pan rail that provides equally distributed gasket load across the entire surface, something even the best steel oil pans can only hope to achieve. Each oil pan features an 8-1/2" depth sump and will accommodate a 4-1/2" stroke without modifications. Additional stroke length can be accommodated with minor clearancing. Due to the cast aluminum construction, rust and cracked welds found in other style pans are non-existent with this pan. But performance is the real reason professional engine builders everywhere choose the Keith Eickert aluminum pans.
The irridited full length windage tray provides maximum rotational crankshaft windage control producing more horsepower than all other comparable designs. The aluminum construction of this pan also acts like a heat sink absorbing heat from the engines oiling system.

Keith Eickert
Cast Aluminum Race Series Oil Pan for External or Internal Pump
Today's engine technology is accelerating at the speed of light with poker run and pleasure boat engines seeing numbers upwards of 1500 horsepower. The engine developments and achievements in race technology are now trickling down to the everyday enthusiast. What were once considered top secret race type parts are now readily available to the average boater. Oil control and supply are the heart and soul of any high horsepower engine and as you may already be aware it takes some very sophisticated components to meet these needs. This is why the big power engine builders turn to Keith Eickert for the world champion Race Series oil pans.
These pans offer "Dry Sump" like performance without the plumbing hassles and additional tanks required in dry sump applications. The extra deep sump and full length internal oil windage control scraper and baffling system retain the engines oil supply away from the crankshaft providing horsepower improvements that until now could only be found in exotic dry sump race style oiling systems. Back to back testing on Mercury's legendary 900SC with the Keith Eickert Race Series oil pan against the multi-stage dry sump factory system showed no loss in horsepower whatsoever.
Race series oil pans are available in either a traditional internal oil pump style or a race series external oil pump version. The aluminum 356-T6 cast alloy construction of the oil pan not only provides the most durable pan due to the fact there is not a rust or weld breakage issue associated with steel style pans. The aluminum construction also acts as a heat sink to draw temperature out of the engines oiling system. Precision CNC machining of all engine block mating surfaces provides a leak free positive seal every time. While the extra thick cast mounting flange offers no distortion or deflection commonly found in steel oil pan designs. Oil pans are provided with ARP windage tray studs, stainless steel hardware kit, and oil pump pick-up for use with the internal oil pump version. These oil pans are designed for top mount starter use. A modified bottom mount starter version is available by special order.
