Gil Marine Offshore Wet Systems are designed for hi-performance and stock engines. This system mixes and discharges exhaust gasses with cooling water at the end of the exhaust pipe, and then a rubber hose connects up to your exhaust thru-hull ports. Custom pipes are also available for custom installations and are priced by measurements given. This same system is also used on Mercury hi-performance 525SC and HP500-engine packages as standard equipment from Mercury Hi-Performance.

This is the easiest bolt on system for increasing horsepower and performance. The kit includes shift, electrical and oil filter brackets for easy installation. This system fits all MerCruiser small and big block Chevy engines equipped with MerCruiser Silent Choice systems. This system will save up to 75 lbs. in weight over cast iron systems. All manifolds are coated and built for power and long life.
