Crossover Cooling Systems

At last you can finally purchase a crossover for your serpentine belt driven EFI motor.  Until now there was no way to reap the 15 to 20 horsepower gain that could be achieved by removing the unnecessary power robbing circulating pump.  These beautifully polished crossovers allow you to retain your factory serpentine drive belt through the use of a clutchless freewheeling billet idler pulley. This unit is a perfect addition for any EFI motor. If you want great looks and performance while retaining your OEM drive system, then this product has you covered.

This kit represents one of the cleanest installations of a water inlet crossover system found anywhere. The highly polished 316L stainless steel construction locates all of the necessary hose connections in the perfect location for easy installation. This system uses a large 1" bypass hose for increased water volume...no tiny 5/8" stuff found here! Eliminating your power robbing circulating pump has never been easier or more attractive.

This high quality stainless crossover uses precisely machined inlet plates welded to a large diameter crossover tube to provide equal water distribution. It also uses a standard 1-1/4" slip-on inlet connection (Note: available in port and starboard configurations, check before ordering) for Chevy engines only.

These precision handcrafted water inlet crossovers feature a 3/4" NPT bung on the top of the crossover tube that can be used to bypass water to the thermostat housing. Available with either a 1-1/4" slip-on connection or a 1" NPT bung for a choice of inlet fittings.

This 1" NPT inlet water crossover uses the same high quality construction as the other crossovers except it has a 1" NPT inlet allowing you to use a number of assorted fittings to adapt to your application.

his crossover is most commonly used in our crossover kits. Its integrated bypass allows a smooth push-on style connection aimed at thermostat area.

The water inlet can be plumbed from the port to starboard by rotating the inlet for custom rigging applications. This crossover is a 1-piece stainless casting and highly polished. This crossover fits big block Chevy engines and is available with a 1-1/4" hose connection.

By removing that power robbing engine mounted circulating pump you can experience horsepower gains of up to 15 horsepower while increasing water circulation. These kits come complete with all necessary bolts, gaskets, and hardware. Note: Bypass systems use a thermostat while non-bypass doesn't.
