High Speed Saginaw Style Power Steering Pump - 1500 PSI

This all new performance power steering pump is a direct replacement for most GM P-series Saginaw OEM power steering pumps. These pumps produce an increase of pressure thus aiding in low speed steering response.

NOTE: Reservoir is sold separately.

Why is this pump better?

• The bearing snout is machined to replace the stock bronze bushing with #203 needle bearing.
• The shaft is machined from 4140 tool steel and is heat treated to 75/80 Rockwell. Will not break if you dead head the pump.
• The shaft has dual thrust washers to insure control forward and rear movement when under load.
• The main boring housing is machined to a larger diameter to clean up wore surface. Larger ring, rotor and vanes are installed.
• The main oil passage is enlarge for greater flow
• Flow valve bore is machined larger. Unit comes with larger valve and spring.
• Our pumps flows 4-3/4 to 5-1/4 GPM. Double the output than a stock Saginaw "P" series pump.
• Comes with new o-rings for installation
