Designed as an entire drive package for use with both short deck and tall deck Big Block Chevy applications, the system aligns an engine's accessories on a common billet mounting structure, which eliminates problems caused by multiple engine mounting surfaces.
Each Kit comes with a high volume sealed bearing and a hardened shaft power steering pump with a billet pulley and reservoir can. Also included is a series of billet idler pulleys with sealed high speed bearings and a spring loaded idler assembly. Serpentine systems are available in either a crossover water inlet style or the factory circulating pump version. The comes complete with sea pump as well as a factory style circulating water pump (if called for), a 94 amp high-output chrome alternator, specially valved power steering pump, all billet brackets and mounts as well as stunningly polished precision CNC machined drive pulleys and matching idlers. The kit will also include the correct mounting hardware and serpentine drive belt for the smoothest of installations. Hardin Marine is leading the way with the latest in boating technology.
If your application requires a bypass, you will have to drill and tap a hole as shown in this drawing.
Billet-Track Serpentine Drive Kit for Big Block Chevrolet with Circulating Pump

This kit is designed to retain a factory style circulating water pump system and is perfect for use with a closed cooling system. What separates the Billet-track serpentine systems is engineering and design in the harshest of environments. The use of a specially designed spring loaded billet belt tensioner system keeps belt tension at a pre-loaded tension regardless of engine rpm. This is key to avoiding belt grip as well as a long life span.
The billet track serpentine system is available in both a power steering equipped version and non-power steering version. The kits come complete with beautifully polished Billet-Track aluminum serpentine pulleys as well as high speed billet idlers featuring sealed bearings. All of the mounting brackets are machined from the finest 6061-T6 aircraft billet aluminum, stainless steel sea water pump, circulating water pump, a 94 amp high-output chrome alternator, and power steering pump, Each kit includes the mounting hardware and serpentine drive belt for the smoothest of installations.
