These silencers are one of the best values on the market today Their unique louvered design out flows all other imitations with holes These silencers are constructed from 100% stainless steel and their compact 5" length makes them easy to install in most exhaust tips and water injected headers Decibel drops of 8 to 10 are commonly seen. Best suited for under 425 horsepower applications.  Sold in pairs.

4" Hi-Performance Silencer For Water Injected Headers

These high performance silencers feature large stainless packed louvered design cores for maximum performance through a muffler system They are ideal for blown or high compression engines.

They are 10-1/2" long and slip in a 4" header collector Best suited for higher horsepower applications.  Sold in pairs.

4" HIPO Muffler For Water Injected Headers

The HIPO High Performance Muffler is designed to tone down the beast in your motor without the loss of major horsepower. It reduces the noise to the low 90 decibels with an idle at 800 RPMs in motors up to 600 horsepower with a loss in horsepower of only 1% -2%. Made from 100% Stainless Steel. Easy installation; just attach one bolt and you are ready to go. Originally designed for blower motors and is now being used in all size motors. So, Tame the Beast and Still Feel the Power.

100% Stainless Steel Hollow Louvered Core with Stainless Steel Wool.  Decibel: Stock to 600 hp in low 90 decibels with idle at 800 RPMs.  Mufflers are 3-7/8" O.D x 10-1/2" long.  Fits in 4" and belled 5-1/8" x 16 gauge Collectors.  Does not fit on 4" x .083" 14 gauge wall tubing.  Installation Kit included; two bolts, two spacers, two washers, and two nuts to attach both mufflers.  Two Mufflers per set .

The Stage 1 Silencer is designed to keep you on the lake without loss of major horsepower. It reduces noise to the low 80 decibels with idle at 800 RPMs in motors up to 600 horsepower with a loss in horsepower of only 3% - 5%. Made from 100% Stainless Steel. The HCX series mufflers tuned free-flow unrestricted design along their with strategically placed louvers streamlines your boats exhaust flow reducing back pressure while also adding a level of sound deadening and providing up to 8 decibels (8" version) of noise reduction and an incomparable deep, rich sound.

In order to offer maximum exhaust flow in its most basic sense and for the muffler to reduce noise, it must separate that noise (sound waves), by separating the peaks and valleys produced by the exhaust note. These sound waves are then absorbed throughout the length of the muffler, the harsh (Loud) noise notes can be some what neutralized through this technology this is exactly how the HCX series muffler achieves this.

These mufflers provide the long awaited option to the numerous 750+ horse powered boats that longed for a muffler option that wouldn’t rob them of their available horse power and that could also be easily installed and removed for various boating environments. The lightweight design is perfect for dry tailpipe applications but they can also be used in wet pipe applications. Common applications are high horsepower, supercharged or normally aspirated engines. Each muffler is precision TIG welded utilizing all stainless steel construction. The muffler are a standard 8" length with a 4" O.D. They are easily removable with just 1 hex screw (no special tool needed, just a standard size allen wrench)

These mufflers come with our 02-8172 Gatlin Tip/slip in Muffler or can be used with any exhaust system that has 5" OD Stainless Pipe with 8" or 12" of open area to except the muffler.
