The motion of the boat in the water sloshes the oil in pans that don't have correct baffling. Air is ingested through the oil pick-up resulting in momentary loss of oil pressure. The oil is tossed into the crank, which foams and aerates it. The pounding effect of oil in the pan cause fractures in pans without reinforcement.

- Pans are Gold colored (see installed images showing gold pan). Because the coating on gold pans takes some time to finish sometimes the Black painted pan shown is made if the customer needs one ASAP and gold ones are between production batches.
- 5-1/4" Deep, 8-1/4" Wide, 19-1/2" Long.
